摘要
主要介绍了目前比较流行的Σ /Δ AD转换技术 ,并对其中主要技术过采样、量化噪声整形、数字滤波和采样抽取做了简单说明。最后 ,举一具体实例分析该转换方法在智能仪表上的应用和要注意的问题。
The ΣΔ A/D conversion technique is introduced, and basic principles of Σ/Δ AD converter, including oversampling, noise shaping digital decimation filtering are simply discussed in this thesis.Finally an example is gived to analyze the application in this conversion technique and the problem which need to notice.
