摘要
本文分析了湖南省国土环境的特征,阐明三面环山,四水一湖,山为水之源,湖为水之归,形成了全省性的整体性很强的大系统。这个大系统决定了全省物理、化学、生物等过程及质能交换转化的总趋势。然后探讨了湖南国土环境中的种种问题。最后提出治山治水的几点战略措施。
Presented here are the analytical results about the land environmental features in Hunan Province. Being surrounded in three sides by big mountains which are the origins of rivers, and having four rivers and a lake which is the home of rivers, a big entire system is founded in Hunan Province. This big system determines the physical, chemical and biological processes as well as its total tendency of mass-energy transfer. Then, this paper discusses some sufferings of land environment in this province. The measures of management strategy to harness mountains and waters are proposed at the end of this paper.
