摘要
本研究利用从健康鸡消化道分离的鸡源芽孢杆菌饲喂雏鸡,采用鸡白痢沙门氏菌作为攻毒病原菌,观察试验组与对照组在生长速度及死亡率上的差异。实验结果表明试验组的生长速度明显高于对照组(p<0.01),死亡率明显低于对照组(低20%),说明芽孢杆菌是一种用于研制微生态制剂的理想益生菌。
In this test,chickens were fed with bacillus from the healthy chickens'digestive tract ,and infected with salmonella pullorum , to observe the difference of growth speed and death rate between the test and the control group .The results showed that the test group had a higher speed (p<0.01)and lower death rate than the control group ,which indicated that bacillus was an ideal strain for the microecologics.
