摘要
本文简要介绍了山西省科技投入与产出情况 ,重点从科技投入方面、科技产出方面以及科技在促进经济发展方面分析了山西科技与其它省区的差距 ,最后从科技投入、项目评审、经费管理等角度分析了山西科技落后的原因。
In this paper, the input and output in Science and Technology in Shanxi province are introduced. The disparities between Shanxi and others provinces are discussed in the terms of input and output of science and technology and its promotion to the economy. Finally, the reasons of science and technology in Shanxi province are given.
