素质教育是 2 1世纪人才培养的新目标、新模式。在全面推进素质教育中 ,工科院校深化素质教育显得更为重要和紧迫。本文联系实际 ,论述了工科院校实施素质教育的重要意义、主要内容和基本思路。
Quality education is a new target and mode for the personal development in the 21 century. In promoting the comprehensive quality education, it is very important and urgent for an institutes of technology to develop its quality education. Associated with practice, this article gives an account of its significance, content and basic approach to carrying out quality education in institutes of technology.
