摘要
对当前大学教育现状作了深入的分析 ,指出只有通过教育创新才能更好地改善这种现状 ,并详细阐述了教育创新的几种途径以及创新对师资队伍的要求。
Based on deep analysis of colleging actualities, several approaches to educational innovation and requirements for teachers have been discussed. The researched results indicate that taking educational innovation can change this situation.
