摘要
本文通过分析阅读过程的本质 ,比较自下而上的阅读方法、自上而下的阅读方法和交互阅读方法等几种不同的阅读方法 ,建议采用与阅读本质相适应的英语阅读课程教学方法 ,提出在大学英语阅读教学中运用交互阅读方法 ,指导学生在阅读中既要以阅读材料为本 ,重视语言文字的解码过程 ,又要积极发挥学生的主观能动性 ,运用阅读策略 ,激活头脑中相关的图式 ,综合运用语言知识和图式知识 ,提高学生的英语阅读能力 ,从而进一步提高学生的语言运用能力。
Based on the careful analysis of the reading process and the thorough comparison of the three approaches to reading (the bottom-up approach, the top-down approach and the interactive approach), the paper aims at presenting the interactive approach to teaching English reading in college. It suggests that during the reading process, the focus should be put both on decoding the text and on active guessing and predicting, activating the schematic knowledge and systemic knowledge, with the bottom-up and the top-down strategies functioning interactively in order to improve the students' reading ability and their ability to use English language.
