In this paper, the pairs of valence nucleons are thought to behave like bosons with angular momentum 0, 2, or 4, their total spin s and isospin τ=0 are in the combinations s=0, τ=1, or s=1, τ=0. The largest symmetric group of the system which is composed of these bosons is U(90). In the group chain U(90)U_(15)(sdg)×U_6(ST)SU_(15)(sdg)×U_6(ST)SU_3(sdg)×SU_3(S)×SU_3(T)SU_3(sdgS)×O_3(T)O_3(J)×O_3(T), this paper obtains the reduction rules, the typical energy spectra arid an example(^(24)Mg)with this dynamical symmetry. In this paper, the calculated result by us and the experimental data are compared with the calculated results by others. The state 1^+ appears in our calculated result.
