非那雄胺对糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度的干预 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨非那雄胺对早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)干预的效果。方法 :2 4只早期糖尿病大鼠随机分成A (空白对照组 ) ,B (阿卡波糖 2mg·kg- 1) ,C(阿卡波糖 2mg·kg- 1+非那雄胺 0 .1mg·kg- 1) ,D(阿卡波糖 2mg·kg- 1+非那雄胺 0 .2mg·kg- 1) 4组 ,服药 30d后处死取出视网膜做检查 ,用免疫组织化学检测血管内皮生长因子的表达和微血管密度。结果 :A ,B 2组血管内皮生长因子表达的阳性率高达 10 0 % (12 / 12眼 ) ,C组降至 8% (1/12 ) ,D组为 0。微血管密度各组间比较 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 AIM: To investigate the effects of finasteride on expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)and microvascular density (MVD) in retina of early diabetic rats. METHODS: Twenty four early diabetic rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A (control group), group B(acarbose 2 mg·kg -1 ),group C(acarbose 2 mg·kg -1 +finasteride 0.1 mg·kg -1 ),and group D(acarbose 2 mg·kg -1 +finasteride 0.2 mg·kg -1 ). After 30 d of drug treatment, the rats were euthanized and their retinas examined. The expression of VEGF and MVD were evaluated by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Expression of VEGF was 100 % (12/12 eyes) in both groups A and B, whereas it decreased to 8 %(1/12) in group C, and to 0 in group D. Expression of MVD was very significant difference in the four groups ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Finasteride is effective to prevent the VEGF expression and microvascular development in retina of early diabetic rats.
