蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法治疗对足重度冻伤兔红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响

Effect of Ahylysantinfarctase compound treat ment on the rabbits' erythrocyte immune adherent function with severe cold injury on feet

目的 观察蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法治疗对足重度冻伤兔红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响 ,探讨重度冻伤的治疗机制。方法 制备兔足重度冻伤模型 ,采用蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法治疗 ,于冻前和冻后 6周内 8个时点分别采血 ,测定红细胞C3b受体花环形成率 (RC3bRR)和免疫复合物花环形成率 (RICR) 2项指标。结果 经蝮蛇抗栓酶综合治疗 ,RC3bRR在冻伤后 48h恢复正常水平 ,RICR在冻伤后 3周恢复正常水平。结论 蝮蛇抗栓酶综合疗法可明显改善红细胞免疫粘附功能 。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Ahyl ysantinfarctase compound treatment on the rabbits' erythrocyte immune adherent function with severe cold injury on feet and to study the treating methods on severe cold injury. [Methods]Ahylysantinfarctase compound treatment was conducted. Blood b efore cold in jury and within 6 weeks after cold injury were collected to determine the index of RC3bRR and RICR.[Results]Owing to the Ahylysantinfarctase compound trea tment, RC3bRR restored to the normal level within 48 hours after cold injury, RI CR restored after 3 weeks.[Conclusion]The Ahylysantinfarctase compound treat ment can obviously improve the erythrocyte immune adherent function and help the cold injury to recover.
