摘要
本项研究应用McAb以ELISA双抗体夹心法检测以免疫复合物(IC)形式存在于囊虫病猪血清中的循环抗原(CA)。用3.5％聚乙二醇沉淀猪血清中的IC,再经沸水浴破坏IC中的抗体,可以明显提高CA的检出率。病猪血清CA阳性率为100％(113/113),与棘球蚴和细颈囊尾蚴感染的猪血清有交叉反应。
The circulating antigens ( CA ) as immunoco-mplexes ( IC ) existing in sera from pigs with cysticercosis were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA using monoclonal antibody. When the antibodies in IC which had been precipitated in pig sera with addition of 3.5% polyethylene glycol, were destroyed by boiling water bath, the detectable rate of CA obviously were increased, the positive rate of CA in sera from pigs with cysticercosis was 100%(113/113). But when the sera from pigs infected by echino-coccus or Cysticercus tenuicollis were examined by this method, there existed cross reactions.
