摘要
本研究根据Ribozyme的结构特点,针对马立克氏病病毒B抗原基因组,设计并合成了一个486P的DNA片段。将它于能在哺乳动物细胞中进行调控表达的载体质粒pXMT重组,经对转化子分子大小和核酸内酶切酶消化结果分析比较,鉴定出2个重组子,其体内的生物学功能正在鉴定之中。
A 48 bp DNA fragment encording Ribozyme which specifically cut Marek's disease virus genome was designed and synthesized.This DNA fragment was cloned into the expression vector of pXMT plasmid.Two recombinant plasmids, designated as pSMMR 2 and pSMMR 3 respectively, were identified on the basis of compai-ring and analysing molecular size of the plasm-ids and results by restriction endonucleasedigestion. The examination for biological functi ons of the two rec-plasmids in vivo is under way.
