摘要
本文用人工感染的方法获得大量纯净肌幼虫,经冻融、超声粉碎、高速离心制备出肌幼虫可溶性粗抗原,按不同剂量分别用弗氏完全佐剂、氢氧化铝佐剂及油性剂乳化后间隔1周分2~3次免疫小白鼠。最后一次免疫后1周攻击感染。攻击感染后7天查检肠道成虫估计成虫的生殖能力。攻击感染后5周剖检肌幼虫。结果弗氏完全佐剂、氢氧化铝佐剂及油性剂的作用近似。弗氏完全性剂组以0.3mg抗原诱导的免疫保护减虫率达65.71%;氢氧化铝佐剂组以0.6mg抗原诱导的免疫保护减虫率达71.7%;油佐剂组以0.3mg抗原诱导的减虫率最高达62.32%。
After the prepared crude soluble antigens from the muscular larva of Trichina spiralis had been emulsified at various doses by additioe of doses by addition of Freund's complete adjuvant ( F ), aluminum hydroxide adjuvant ( A ) or oil adjuvant(O) respectively,mice were inoculated with these emulsified vaccines and challenged in a week post a last vaccination. The results revealed effects of these three adjuvants were approximative .The highest antivermicular rates of F vaccine, A vaccine and O vaccine were 65.71%, 71.7% and 62.32%, respectively.
