目的 探讨妊高性视网膜病变的临床意义。方法 对92例妊高征孕产妇进行眼底检查,将视网膜病变的情况与患者的视力、血压、水肿、蛋白尿和病程进行分析。结果 妊高征患者视网膜病变的发病率为82.6%,视网膜病变越重患者视力越差,视网膜病变的发生及严重程度与 妊高征患者的高血压、蛋白尿成正比关系。结论 妊高征性眼底检查,对妊高征诊断、处理及预后起重要作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical significane of retinal disease of pregnancyhypertension. Methods 92 pregnancy woman who were pregnancy hypertension be checked eye ground, andanalyse the relationship between retinal disease and eyesight. blood pressure, oedema and albuminuria.Result The incidence of retinal diseases in pregnancy hypertension woman are 82.6%, and the moreseriously retinal pathological changes and the worse eyesight is.The retinal pathological changes happenand serve degree were in direct proportion to hypertension and albuminuria.Conclusion Eye groundchecked in pregnancy hypertension woman is very valuable in diognose, treatment and prognosis pregnancyhypertansion.
