抗凝剂对血小板及其参数检测结果的影响分析

目的 探讨和分析不同抗凝剂对检测血小板及其参数的影响。方法 用三种常用抗凝剂EDTA-K2、枸橼酸钠、肝素铿的抗凝全血,于采血后2小时内在室温(约22℃)下,采用CELL-DYN 1700全自动血细胞分析仪进行平行测定血小板及其参数。结果 在测定的血小板四项参数中以EDTA-K2抗凝血的测定值为标准,测得其它两种抗凝剂对血小板均有不同程度的影响。结论 EDTA-K2是一种良好的抗凝剂,在血小板及其参数分析中可保持良好的稳定性,而其它两种抗凝剂对血小板则有不同程度地影响,不适合用于血小板分析。

Objecdve To compare and analyze the otherness in determine platelet and its parameterby different anticoagulant tubes.Methods Phlebotomize separate use EDTA-K2、 sodium citrate andHeparin Lithium tubes,and determine platelet and its parameter by CELL-DYN 1700 in 2 hours at roomtemperature (about 22℃).Result The standard of platelet and its four parameter were according toanticoagulant tubes with EDTA-K2 ,there were influence to platelet and its parameter by other antico-agulant tubes in dissimilar degree.Conclusion In platelet and its parameter tests, EDTA- K2 is afavorable anticoagulant,it keep platelet and its parameter steady,and other anticoagulant tubes isno adapt to platelet and its parameter tests.
