摘要 表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在多种肿瘤细胞中过度表达和/或突变,对肿瘤的发生和发展具有重要影响,因而成为肿瘤治疗的靶向位点之一。目前,靶向EGFR的单克隆抗体(monoclonal antibody.MAb)IMC-225和酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(tyrosine kinase inhibitor,TKI)ZD1839和OSI-774已进入临床试验阶段,对多种类型的肿瘤显示出了较好的临床疗效。
