Surgical Treatment for Neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis

目的探讨新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎外科手术指征、手术方法及术后并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析1995年1月～2003年1月外科处理的24例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的资料。结果全部病例治愈18人,死亡6人,治愈率75%。结论选择合适的手术时机及手术方法可以减少术后并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the operative indications of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis,to choose operative method and prevent the complication postoperation. Methods Surgical managemet data for 24 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis hospitalized from Jan1995 to Jan 2003 were retrospectively analyzed . Results Of them,18 cases were cured,and 6 cases died.The total survival rate was 75%. Conclusions To select an appreciate time of the operation and operative technique could reduce postoperative complication and mortality,simultaneously can raise cure rate.
