摘要
本文介绍一种用IGBT模块研制的大功率高压开关电源,文中重点对调压、稳压、绝缘、保护等特殊的技术问题以及IGBT模块驱动器等关键器件应用进行了介绍,并对设备的环境试验与运行状况予以说明。
A kind of high power and high voltage switching power supply with IGBT is introduced in this article. Some key technique problems, such as voltage adjusting, voltage stabilizing, insulation and protection, and the application of key elements, such as IGBT, are presented. In addition, the experiment environment and operating condition of such power supply are also given.
