摘要
目的 为探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)和可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (SIL -2R)水平及其临床意义。方法 应用ELISA法测定AL患者血清TNF -α和SIL -2R水平。结果 ALL患者血清TNF -α和SIL -2R水平明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血清中TNF -α和SIL -2R水平的增高可能和AL的发生发展有关 ,测定血清TNF -α和SIL -2水平对观察AL的病情和疗效有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of tumor necrosis α (TNFα) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R)in patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods The levels of TNFα and sIL-2R were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of TNFα and sIL-2R of patients with AL were higher than that in healthy persons (P<0.01). Conclusions The levels of TNFα and sIL-2R were related to AL, and they were valuable for evaluating patients' condition and curative effect.
