经尿道汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生症356例报道

Transurethral Vaporization of Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia: A Report of 356 Cases

目的 总结经尿道汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)的临床方法和疗效。方法 以顺康 2 5 .6Fr连续灌洗汽化电切镜 ,采用汽化电切术治疗BPH患者 3 5 6例。结果 平均手术时间 45分钟 ,无尿失禁及死亡。随访 2月至 3年 ,国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)由 2 7.3分降至 7.8分 ,最大尿流率 (Qmax)由 8.5ml/s提高到 15 .5ml/s。结论 经尿道汽化电切术是良性前列腺增生症安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the methods and effects of transurethral vaporization of prostate (TUVP) on the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). Methods TUVP was used to treat 356 cases of BPH with CIRCON 25.6Fr continuous irrigation resectoscope. Results Mean operative time was 45 minutes. There was no urinary incontinence and death in this group. The score of IPSS decreased from 27.3 to 7.8,and maximum flow rate (Qmax) increased from 8.5 ml/s to 15.5ml/s during the period of 2 to 36 months' follow-up. Conclusions TUVP is a safe and effective treatment for BPH.
