急症左半结肠癌性梗阻一期切除吻合的安全保证——无污染的术中肠减压

Security Assurance for One-stage Resection of Left Colon Cancer With Acute Obstruction—Enteral Decompression Without Contamination During Operation

目的 研究一种毫无污染的术中肠减压方法 ,以保证急性梗阻性左半结肠癌一期切除吻合的安全。方法 对本院 2 6例左半结肠患者采用无污染的术中肠减压法进行总结、分析。结果 2 6例患者术后均无吻合口瘘发生 ,1例切口感染。结论 此种术中肠减压方法安全可行 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To study enteral decompression without contamination during operation for one-stage resection and anastomosis of left colon cancer with acute obstruction. Methods 26 cases of left colon cancer with acute obstruction were decompressed with this method. All cases were analyzed retrespectively. Results All patients were cured without anastomosis fistula, and only one patient's incision was infected. Conclusions This method is applicable for intraoperative enteral decompression.
