针刺放血治疗寻常痤疮32例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Blood-letting Therapy on 32 Cases of Acne Vulgaris

目的 观察针刺放血治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法 对 3 2例寻常痤疮的患者采用针刺放血治疗 ,在耳尖、耳后静脉和大椎穴用三棱针点刺放血 ,在痤疮局部用梅花针、三棱针重叩或点刺放血 ,并挤出恶血及乳酪状分泌物。结果 全组治愈 2 5例 ,显效 4例 ,好转 2例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率 96.9%。结论 针刺放血治疗寻常痤疮是一种行之有效 ,操作简单 ,无副作用的方法 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of blood-letting therapy on acne vulgaris. Methods Thirty-two patients with acne vulgaris were treated by blood-letting therapy. Three-edged needle was used to prick apex of ear, posterior auricular vein and Dazhui point. The percussopunctato of three-edged needle was used to prick the acne vulgaris, blood and pus embolus should be squeezed out. Results 25 cases were cured, 4 cases improved markedly, 2 cases improved and 1 case was inefficacy, the effective rate was 96.9%. Conclusions Blood-letting therapy is an effective and convenient method for acne vulgaris without adverse effect.
