目的 探讨加强护理管理控制医院感染的措施。方法 在护理管理中加强医务人员的在职教育 ;健全医院感染管理组织 ;完善感染管理制度 ;落实管理措施。结果 增强了护理人员控制医院感染的意识 ,严格执行各项感染管理制度 ,降低了医院感染率。结论 加强护理管理才能有效地控制医院感染。

Objectives To discuss the measures of strengthening nursing management and controlling nosocomial infection. Methods In nursing management, we strengthened on-the-job vocational education on medical personnel; perfected the administrative organization and institutions of nosocomial infection; carried out the measures of management, etc. Results It enhanced medical personnel's consciousness of preventing nosocomial infection, and carried out the measures of management strictly, reduced the rates of nosocomial infection. Conclusions One effective method of controlling the nosocomial infection is enhancing the nursing management.
