政治参与是衡量政治体系民主化和现代化程度的主要标准之一,是21世纪初叶中国政治发展面临的重大课题。当代中国呈现出公民关注政治,参与政治,投身改革的新格局,但这种参与又存在着许多不足,影响并制约着公民参与政治的实际效果。
Participation in politics is one of the main standards to measure the democratization of the political system and the degree of modernization. It is also an important task in the Chinese political development at the beginning of the 21st century. It appears that nowadays the Chinese public is displaying a great interest in politics by taking an active part in the reform, but there are inadequacies in such participation that curbs the effects of the reform.
