南通民营经济发展迅猛,但也存在着破产停业率偏高,寿命普遍较短等不可忽视的问题。南通要争创江苏民营经济第一大市,必须实现民营企业的可持续发展。积极创造多种所有制公平竞争的条件,为民营企业可持续发展提供良好的外部环境,制度创新是民营企业实现可持续发展的最优路径选择。
Private economy is developing quickly in Nantong, but there exist the problems of high bankruptcy ratio and short life, which can't be ignored. In order to become the biggest city in terms of private economy, private enterprises here must secure a sustainable development. To achieve this, fair competition conditions must be created for enterprises of all types of ownership, and good exterior situations for private enterprises provided. An optimal way to the sustainable development of a private enterprise is institutional innovation.
