摘要
文章通过多位教师近年的探索与实践,在开发课外大课堂方面如何因地制宜、因材施教,改进教学方法,深化教学改革,全面提高教育教学效果提出了一些见解,对部分行之有效的措施加以阐述并作适当总结,以供同仁交流与探讨。
Based on the findings of quite a number of teachers in their recent years' exploring work, this paper presents a few ideas on how to suit measures to local conditions, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, improve teaching methods and deepen educational reform so as to bring about an overall enhancement of educational effects in the extracurricular activities. It also expounds and summaries some measures which have proved effective in the practice of teaching.
