摘要
为开发四川省丰富的水电资源,川电将通过三峡地区的输电线东送华中电网,同时,湖南电网也将接受三峡和金沙江的电力。文章建议将原计划新建的湖南与华中电网间的第三回500kV联络线改为新建川渝与华中电网间的第三回500kV联络线,以实现川电东送湖南。初步研究表明,该方案不仅能增加川电外送能力,同时也有利于促进湘渝地区水电资源的开发。
To utilize the abundant hydroelectric resource holding in store in Sichuan province, the electric power generated in Sichuan province will be transmitted to Central China power grid via two transmission lines arranged in Three Gorges region, at the same time Hunan power network will receive the electric power from Three Gorges Hydropower Plant and Jinshajiang Hydropower Plant. Here, it is suggested that the third 500kV tie-line to be constructed, which is formerly planned, between Hunan power network and Central China power grid should be replaced by another third 500kV tie-line between Sichuan-Chongqing power network and Central China power grid to realize the power transmission from Sichuan province to Hunan province. The preliminary research indicates that not only this project can increase the power transmission ability from Sichuan province to other areas, but also can promote the development of hydroelectric resources holding in stole in Sichuan province and Hunan province.
