摘要
从福建电网大机小网、负荷变化快的特点出发,以与华东电网互联的联络线安全运行和福建电网控制策略标准(CPS)考核效果最佳为目标,深入分析了联络线功率偏差控制(TBC)及CPS的具体内涵,研究分析了自动发电控制(AGC)的控制参数,以减少不必要的机组调节次数。并通过对各水、火电厂AGC机组调节特性和优化组合的试验,找出了目前福建电网AGC机组投运台数以1-3台为宜的结论,并根据区域联络线的运行经验,制定了电厂AGC机组的运行管理细则。最后对现在的AGC控制及参数设置等提出了建议。
According to the practical features of Fujian Power system and taking the secure operation of tie-line and best examination result of control performance standard (CPS) of Fujian power system for object, the intension of CPS and tie-line bias control (TBC) are analyzed in detail, the parameters of AGC are reasonably set up to reduce the unnecessary actions. By means of the testings of the regulation characteristics of the generating sets with AGC in power plants and stations the optimal schedulings of the generating sets with AGC in Fujian power system are found out, besides, on the basis of the operating experience from the areal tie-line the by-laws of operation and maintenance of the units with AGC are laid down. Finally, some suggestions on existing calculations method of AGC devices and the setup of their parameters are put forward.
