50例散发性乳腺癌患者BRCA1基因的检测

摘要
应用PCR和直接测序方法检测 5 0例散发性乳腺癌中国汉族患者的BRCA1基因突变情况 ,结果未发现BRCA1基因突变现象。提示散发性乳腺癌中国汉族患者BRCA1基因突变较为罕见 ,与国外报道一致。
