摘要
钢制拱顶储罐在油田地面工程建设中得到广泛应用,其建造技术已基本成熟。文章对建造过程中经常遇到诸如罐顶的排板及瓜皮板的套裁、瓜皮板的焊缝间距、拱顶的变形、壁板的高度、壁板的板头预弯、罐底中心板的布置、边缘板的最小尺寸的确定、储罐焊接、盘梯的预制与安装、罐体试验与基础沉降等项中的问题进行了较深入的探讨和妥善的处理,这对保证工程质量有着积极的意义。
Steel storage tank with dome is widely used in oilfield ground engineering construction and its construction technology is getting ripe. In this paper, some problems often being faced and their solutions are mentioned. They include arrangement of dome plates,cutting of melon peel shaped plates, distance between welding seams of melon peel shaped plates, dome deformation, wall plate height, end pre-bend of wall plate, outlay of central bottom plates, determination of minimum size of edge plates, welding of tank, pre-manufacture and installation of winder, tank testing and foundation subsidence. It is helpful for ensuring engineering quality.
