摘要
管道钢是一种微合金控轧钢,随着石油天然气需求的增长及油气开发的进展,管道钢正朝着高强度、高韧性的趋势发展。高强度、长距离、大口径管道已经成为输气管道的发展方向。文章分析了高强度X80钢管道的热影响区的软化、焊缝金属与母材的匹配及产生焊接裂纹的可能性,介绍了管道环缝焊接工艺,还列举了国外X80钢管道的焊接工程实例。
The pipeline steel made of a kind of micro-alloy by control rolling is tending to higher strength and toughness. Along with the increasing requirements for oil and natural gas as well as the development of oil and gas, the gas pipelines with high strength, long distance and large diameter are developing rapidly. This paper analyzes the welding performances of the pipeline steel X80 including softening of heat affected zone, its matching with base material and the possibility of welding cracking. It also describes general welding process and methods for girth welding. The practical examples of Steel X80 welding from some foreign countries are cited as references.
