摘要
介绍了炼油化工厂高90m、质量为89.5t火炬及塔架的预制和吊装工艺技术。由于该工程工期紧,施工场地狭小,因此选用了整体轮式(履带式)吊车滑行整体吊装方案。在预制过程中,采用了分片预制、整体翻身的预制方法;同时为了保证预制质量,采取了合理的焊接方法和一系列的防变形措施,预制质量达到了设计要求。文章对吊装设备的选型、吊点位置的选择、吊点负荷的分配都进行了较详细地介绍。该工程的施工技术可靠,施工质量优良,为今后类似工程奠定了基础。
The technology of prefabrication and hoisting of torch and tower with height of 90m and mass of 89.5t at a refinery are introduced. The integral hoisting method with crawler crane sliding is adopted to overcome the difficulties of narrow construction site and short construction period. The methods of sectional prefabricating and integral turnover are applied. The reasonable welding technique and a set of deformation-resistance measures are adopted to ensure the prefabrication quality. Furthermore, the paper depicts in rather detail the selection of hoisting equipment, the locations of hoisting points and the distribution of hoisting loads. It shows that the construction technology is reliable, the construction quality is excellent.
