摘要
钢结构塔架的预制和吊装是石油天然气管道跨越工程的关键,目前国内同行业中,尚无一套较成熟、完整、有效控制变形的施工方法。以涩北—西宁—兰州输气管道黄河跨越工程为例,对管道跨越塔架施工方案作了系统的介绍:为保证钢塔架的预制质量,对塔架杆件的制作、检验都作了严格的要求,并且采用了先用螺栓联接,再焊接的钢结构组焊工艺;针对不同的现场施工条件,在两岸分别采用了双人字桅杆抬吊和整体抬吊施工方案,并进行了吊装的力学计算,选择了合适的吊点和吊具。
The prefabrication and hoisting of steel structural tower are crucial work in oil and gas pipeline crossing. Up to date, there are not a set of mature and integrated construction methods for controlling deformations effectively. In this paper the tower construction plan of pipeline crossing is systematically introduced with the Se-Ning-Lan gas transmission pipeline taken as an example. The strict demands are placed to the tower rod manufacture and inspection. The steel structure is assembled by bolts first and by welding then. As the construction condition on each side of the river is different, the hoisting plan is different too. On one side of the river the hoisting method using double A shaped masks is adopted, and on the other side the integral hoisting method is used. The adequate hoisting points and equipment are chosen carefully after mechanical calculation. This successful practice of prefabrication and hoisting of steel tower would offer valuable references to similar pipeline crossing projects.
