概括介绍了液相电沉积技术的基本方法及原理,重点从3个方面介绍了电化学方法制备类金刚石薄膜的研究情况,并简要分析了其反应机理,最后对液相电沉积技术的发展前景进行了展望。
In this paper,after introducing the basic methods and concepts of the liquid phase electrodeposition technique, research progress on the synthesis of diamond-like carbon films by an electrochemical method,which is divided into three parts,is discussed mainly.Then the mechanism of electrodeposition is analyzed simply and the prospects of the technology are forecasted finally
