Design and Implementation of Business Letter Processing Systems

利用邮政网点所蕴含的名址信息资源，以Oracle数据库为基础，利用数据库技术与全文检索技术的有机结合实现了商业信函名址信息系统，介绍了商业信函处理系统的业务功能、系统结构和名址信息系统组织形式与逻辑结构，分析了现有商业信函处理系统检索方式存在的缺点和全文检索的有关技术，系统的成功应用提高了企业的服务质量和经济效益。

This paper accomplishes the business letter processing system based on the organic combination of full-text retrieval technology and database technology by using the information resources of names and addresses contained in postal networks, introduces the business functions and physics structure of the system and the organization form and logic structure of the name & address information system, and analyses the weaknesses of the existing business letter processing systems and the relative technologies of full-text retrieval. The practical application of the system improves the service quality and economic benefits of postal enterprises.
