摘要
烷基酯法生产草甘膦需要消耗大量的三乙胺作催化剂。针对早期的三乙胺回收工艺和在小试基础上改进的回收工艺的缺点,提出了一种三乙胺连续回收工艺,实现了母液连续中和分层及精馏操作;将此工艺应用于福建三农集团公司5000t/a草甘膦生产过程的三乙胺回收中,每年可节省三乙胺100t,液碱(折纯)295t。
Producing glyphosate by alkyl esterification method needs a large amount of triethyl amines which are used as catalysts.Directed against disadvantages existing in the conventional process and an improved process on the basis of test,a continuous recovery process of triethyl amine in producing glyphosate was proposed,realizing continuous neutralization and rectification of mother liquor,and was applied in recovery of triethyl amines in producing 5 000 t/a of glyphosate for Fujian Sannong Group Co.which can save 100 t/a of triethyl amines,295 t/a of liquid alkali.
