摘要 基于微控制器ADuC812的弹载数据记录器对A/D通道采集的输入量,由两片flash存储器轮换存储。记录器软件由主程序、采集和串口通信子程序等组成。主程序判断记录器初始化状态、监测触发端口、协调各子程序调用。采集子程序采集数据,同时控制A/D通道的选择顺序、采样时间间隔并协调存储器工作。串口程序把采集数据传入计算机。该记录器采用指令冗余、软件陷阱和电磁屏蔽、合理接地等抗干扰技术。并通过实弹靶试以验证。 A Real-time Data Recorder for Flight Testing based on micro-controller ADuC812 was designed to record the desired signal inputted in A/D channels. The sampling data was written into two flash memory chips alternately. The software of the recorder includes main program, data acquisition subprogram and serial port communication subprogram. In the main program, the initial state of the recorder was judged, burst port was examined and different subprogram was called. In the data acquisition subprogram, the work of data acquisition was done, the sequence of A/D channel selecting and time slot of data sampling as well as the memory harmonization were controlled. The recorded data can be transferred into computer when serial port communication subprogram was called. Some software and hardware anti-jamming method was applied to the recorder such as instruction redundancy, software trap, electromagnetic shield and appropriate grounding etc. The correctness of the design was proved out by ball cartridge shot testing.
