摘要
根据导弹武器贮存条件、年限和故障率,进行定性和定量分析确定武器最佳检测周期。首先收集贮存可靠性数据;分析数据、制作故障分布图;划分贮存年限段;研究各阶段的故障规律,计算故障率;由故障率推算其可靠寿命,确定分段检测周期。并以某型导弹为例,用矩阵法估计参数、用皮尔逊X2分布检验法拟合最优检验,估计其可靠寿命,确定检测周期。
According to stockpile condition, fixed number of year and possibility of failure of missile weapon, the nature and quantitative analysis is made to determine optimal test cycle of missile. At first, collect storage reliability data, analyze data, and make distributing chart of failure, partition period of fixed number of year. Research failure rule of every period and calculate failure rate. Use life is calculated with failure rate, and the test cycle is determined. Taking certain type missile as an example, parameter was estimated with matrix method, optimal testing was fitted with X2 distributing test method, its reliable use life was estimated, and test cycle was determined in period.
