摘要
三坐标数控机床误差补偿以多体系统理论为基础,将机床床身到被加工件和到刀具用二叉树表示,其线性运动轴和旋转轴的不同组合可构成不同类型的数控机床运动模型。若预先检测出机床各部件的误差,并通过参数识别得到刀尖实际位置与指令位置间的差异,据此修正数控指令,将得到较理想的刀具运动轨迹,提高加工精度。
Error compensation on 3-axis machine tools based on the theory of MBS (multi-body system). The machine tool, the workpiece and the cutter can be expressed by the bintree. They can make up the different movement models of NC machine tools by different combination of linearity movement-axis and circumrotate-axis. If we examine the error of all parts of machine tools in advance, get the difference between the cutter practical position and the command position by parameter identification, and modify the NC command in this way. Then, the ideal cutter track will be got and the machining precision will be improved.
