摘要
烟机国产化逆向工程依据测量数据用三维几何建模方法重构实物的CAD模型。在利用UG软件对具有复杂曲面的烟支成型零件设计中,采用Chame leon 7107型三坐标测量机,通过测点、连线、构面、构体、加工全过程,实现CAD/CAM在烟支成型零件设计中的应用。
The reverse engineering in manufacturing irregular parts for tobacco machinery is that CAD model of the material object is reformed with way of creating the 3-coordinate model according to the measuring data. The complicated cigarette parts formed by curve surfaces are designed with UG software. Chameleon 7107 3-coordinate measure machine is used for the whole process of measuring point, linking line, forming the surface, forming the body completion and manufacturing. The application of CAD/CAM in designing for the cigarette forming parts was realized.
