摘要
磁流变液减振器,通过线圈电流改变磁场调节磁流变液在阻尼通道中的流动,实现对减振器阻尼力的控制。车辆悬挂系统由弹性元件、导向元件和减振器组成。基于磁流变液阻尼器的车辆悬挂半主动控制,采用二自由度1/4车体模型构建控制器模型。通过二次型最优控制LQR算法,根据极值原理导出最优控制律,以确定半主动减振器驱动器控制力。仿真表明,该控制器具有较好的稳定性和良好的减振效果。
MRF (magneticcurrent recharge fluid) damper changes magnetic field via coil current to adjust flow of magnetic current recharge fluid in damp channels, control of damp fore of damper is realized. Vehicle suspension system is composed of spring component, guides component and dampers. Controller model was structured with the 2DOF 1/4 vehicle in semi-active control of vehicle suspension based on MRG damper. By using quadric LQR algorithm, optimal control rule was educed. According to extremum principle, control force of driver on semi-active damper was confirmed. The result of simulation shows that the damper has better stability and vibration damping effect.
