摘要
本文通过对知识型企业分权的动因分析 ,提出了知识型企业的内部组织应以知识团队为主 ,外部组织应以企业间的知识合作 ,特别是知识联盟作为主要的模式架构。
This article analyzes why knowledge based company divides their authority and suggests that their inner organization should based on team,but outside organization should based on knowledge alliance.
