稳心颗粒冲剂治疗急性心肌梗死后快速型心律失常的临床研究

The treatment of Wenxinkeli on the tachycardia arrythmia after acute myocardium infarction

目的 通过对稳心颗粒冲剂治疗急性心肌梗死后快速心律失常的临床观察 ,以判断其疗效。方法 选择 42例急性心肌梗死且心电图检查有快速性心律失常的患者 ,治疗一疗程 ,观察其疗效。结果 稳心颗粒冲剂对急性心肌梗死后快速心律失常的总显效率为 71.4%,总有效率为 90 .5 %。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxinkeli on the tachycardia arrythmia after acute myocardium infarction.Methods Forty-two patients after acute myocardium infarction (AMI) were selected,whose ECG were tachycardia arrythmia.They were treated with a course of Wenxinkeli,and the therapeutic effects were recorded.Results There are markedly effect in 71.4% patients who used Wenxinkeli.The total effect ratio is 90.5%.Conclusions Wenxinkeli can be used with the tachycardia arrythmia after acute myocardium infarction.
