CT Diagnosis of Dandy-Walker Syndorme(Report of 6 Cases and review of the literature)

目的 探讨Dandy -Walker综合征 (DWS)的临床及CT表现特征。方法 6例DWSCT平扫首次确诊 ,分析其CT影像表现。结果 CT主要特征①小脑蚓部缺如或部分发育不全伴小脑半球分离移位 ;②第四脑室囊状扩大与后颅窝囊腔相通 ;③后颅窝扩张伴有横窦、窦汇和小脑幕上移。结论 DWS的CT表现具有特征性 。

Objective To explore clinic and CT features of Dandy-walker syndrome(DWS).Methods The definitive diagnosis of 6 cases with DWS can be made by initial plain CT scan. The CT finding of DWS were analyzed.Results The following main CT finding of DWS were observed:①Absence or partial agenesis of the cerebellar vermis with the separative cerebellar hemispheres.②Cystic dialation fourth ventricle communicates with enlargement of posterior fossa cyst.③Enlargement of posterior fossa with upward displacement of lateral sinuses, sinus confluens and tentorium.Conclusions There were characteristic CT finding in the DWS.CT scan is a valuable method for an early diagnosis of DWS.
