摘要
目的 :探讨阿魏酸钠对缺血 -再灌注损伤肢体的保护作用。方法 :SD大鼠 6 3只 ,随机分为3组 ,采用大鼠股动脉夹闭模型 ,设立缺血组 (夹闭股动脉 5h)、对照组 (再灌注前予生理盐水保护 )和试验组 (再灌注前予阿魏酸钠保护 ) ,分别测定不同再灌注时相肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedis mutase ,SOD)、丙二醛 (malondialdehyde ,MDA)及血清中肌酸磷酸激酶 (creatinephosphokinase,CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (lactatedehydrogenase ,LDH)、谷丙转氨酶 (glutamic pyruvictransaminase ,GPT)浓度的变化 ,并观察了肌组织形态学变化 (光镜、电镜技术 )。结果 :实验组MDA、CK、GPT、LDH水平显著低于对照组 ,SOD显著高于对照组 ,形态学变化实验组明显轻于对照组。结论 :阿魏酸钠可以降低肢体再灌注后肌肉组织中的氧自由基水平 。
Objective:To study the protection of sodium ferulate(SF) on rat’s limb ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:Using femoral artery clamped model,sixty-three rats were divided randomly into three groups:Ischemia group occluded the blood stream of femur for five hours,control group reperfused after the blood stream occluded for five hours and were given saline before reperfusion,experimental group experienced the same procedure as the control group but were given SF.The superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) in muscular tissue and creatine phosphokinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)in serum were measured at reperfusion and examined under light and electronic microscope.Results:Increasing of MDA,LDH,CK,GPT and decreasing of SOD were more obvious in the control group as compared with the experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion:SF can reduce the oxygen free radicals level,relieve the limb ischemia-reperfusion injury.
