摘要 从工艺工作领域考察,提出基于产品的CAPP概念和面向产品的CAPP概念;分析了企业工艺设计和工艺管理中存在的主要问题;阐述了基于产品的CAPP的内涵;提出基于产品的CAPP实现策略和工艺信息集成模型,阐述了相对应的CAPP系统的基本功能;回顾了基于产品的CAPP系统当前的开发和应用情况。最后,开发了相应的原型系统。 From the perspective of process plan domain, the concept of product-oriented CAPP and the concept of product-based CAPP are proposed. Based on the analysis of present process plan, the connotation of product-based CAPP is detailed. To implement the product-based CAPP, an integration strategy is put forward and the correspondent integrating information model is presented. The basic functions of product-based CAPP system are elaborated and the current trend of CAPP system is towards product-based CAPP system. Finally, the development and application of product-based CAPP prototype system are introduced.
