金龟子绿僵菌固体培养条件的筛选 被引量:15

摘要 测定了不同温度和pH及碳氮源、微量元素对金龟子绿僵菌菌丝生长及产孢的影响.结果表明:pH 7、温度25℃最适合绿僵菌生长,固体培养中蔗糖为碳源、酵母为氮源、加入微量元素Mn,金龟子绿僵菌生长最好、产孢量最高.用正交方法探索了金龟子绿僵菌的最适固体培养条件. A strain of Metarhizium anisopliae was incubated in solid culture under different conditions of temperature, pH, carbon and nitrogen sources. The results showed that the proper temperature and pH for solid culture of M. anisopliae was 25℃ and pH 7, respectively. When carbon source was sucrose, nitrogen source was yeast and microelement Mn was added in, the hypha of strain grew best and sporulation was the largest. Moreover, the optimum solid culture conditions were screened u-sing orthogonal method. Tab 6 , Ref 10
