从我国对城市经营的战略趋同出发,阐述了基于产业集群的城市经营理论内涵,分析了我国城市经营的误区和基于产业集群的城市经营导向、主体、客体及原则。提出了我国城市经营的现实选择———基于产业集群的城市经营可行性运行机制。

This paper began with the strategic homology of the urban management in our country, then indicated and analyzed the misunderstanding in the urban management. Further more, the paper put forth the feasible choice of the urban management, that is the urban management base on the industry clusters. Then the paper illustrated the connotation of the urban management base on the industry clusters. Based on above, the paper indicated the orientation, the main body, the object and the principles of the urban management base on the industry clusters. At last, the paper put forth the feasible operational mechanism of the urban management base on the industry clusters.
