摘要
随着科学技术的发展和人们认识水平的提高,人们对冲突的认识与理解也在发生着深刻的变化。冲突的水平过高或过低都会阻碍群体的工作绩效,如何把握冲突水平是高还是低,抓住工作绩效是区分冲突是否有效的标准。文章针对此标准提出了一套区分冲突是否有效的评价方法,对如何激发良性冲突提出了一些建设性的意见。
With the development of science and the improvement of the people's cognition, great changes are taking place in people's cognition and comprehension of the conflicts. The levels of conflicts too high or too low will hold back the achievement of the staff's work. We must hold tightly on the only standard to judge the effect of conflicts in order to judge whether the level of conflict is high or low. The essay gives a set of methods to distinguish between the constructive conflicts and the destructiae ones according to this standard. Finally, we put forward some constructive suggestions on how to stir up conflicts.
