健胎液对胚泡着床障碍小鼠胚泡着床作用的研究

Effects of “Jiantai Ye” on Embryo Implantation in Implantation Dysfunction Mice

探讨健胎液 (药物 :桑寄生、丹参、当归、黄芪、川芎 )对胚泡着床障碍小鼠胚泡着床及子宫内膜发育的影响。采用米非司酮诱导的小鼠胚泡着床障碍模型 ,予健胎液治疗 ,于妊娠第 8天处死小鼠 ,观察胚泡着床率、平均着床胚泡数以及子宫内膜和卵巢的形态结构变化。结果 :中药组着床率和平均着床胚泡数较模型组显著提高 ,与正常组无显著差异 ;模型组子宫内膜发育不良 ,中药组子宫内膜的发育与正常组相似 ;三组小鼠卵巢的形态结构变化无显著差异。提示健胎液能促进胚泡着床障碍小鼠胚泡着床 ,改善子宫内膜的发育。

To explore the effects of “Jiantai Ye” on embryo implantation and endometrial development of embryo implantation dysfunction mice, embryo implantation dysfunction mice model was induced with Mifepristone and treated with “Jiantai Ye”. All mice were sacrificed on the eighth day of pregnancy. The uterine horns were examined for the presence of implanted embyos. The structure of endometrium was observed. Results: The treatment implantation rate and average embryo number were significantly higher than that in experiment group, but there was no difference with group; endometrial morphology showed endometrial development retardation, while endometrial development in treatment group was significantly improved and nearly similar to control group; there was no significant difference in ovary morphology among three groups. It is suggested that “Jiantai Ye” can improve the embryo implantation and endometrial development.
